Photo Credits: Upper Allen's Most Wanted DOB: 12/03/1980 Race/Sex: B/M Height: 6′ Weight: 190 lbs. Hair: Black Eyes: Brown -- In 2014, a 15-year old girl disclosed to a child sexual abuse specialist that she had been groped and forced to send a nude picture of herself. The abuser in this case was Christopher Blackwell. Christopher was arrested and eventually was convicted. He however failed to appear for sentencing and an arrest warrant was issued on March 30, 2016. Based on crime location, it is advised to contact the Upper Allen Police Department at 717-238-9676 if you have any information on Christopher Blackwell's whereabouts.Moderator Note: If you have any news-related updates on this case, please contact us here: amwfans.com/thread/1662/website-contact-form --Thoughts? The Upper Allen Police website said he's wanted for failure to appear for sentencing which they would only put down if he was convicted. If I'm wrong in that assessment then I apologize. The article about his arrest was from 2014 and I couldn't see any articles from 2016 when he failed to appear for sentencing. Regardless Christopher is wanted and needs to be held accountable so that he can serve his sentence. I don't think he should be a difficult fugitive to locate, just more people need to be aware of his wanted status. www.pennlive.com/midstate/index.ssf/2014/06/harrisburg_man_touched_teenage.htmlweb.archive.org/web/20170904141521/https://upperallenpolice.com/wp/?page_id=50

This past Valentine's Day, the Upper Allen Police Department posted a poem on their Facebook page regarding the manhunt for Christopher Blackwell. Roses are red Violets are blue Hey, Chris, we got paper on you You can run... You can hide... Chris, there is no way in h#ll, we can let you slide Chris had his day in court; yep guilty as charged, but yet he remains at-large You may think you're safe but that's a false hope Turn yourself in; don't be a dope At least the poem mentions he was found guilty, so we don't need to say words like "allegedly" or "accused" in this specific case. Hopefully on Valentine's Day 2019 they can do another poem about his capture and his time in prison. www.pennlive.com/news/2018/02/police_in_upper_allen_township.html

As of June 29th, 2018, Christopher Blackwell is still listed on the Upper Allen P.D. as a most wanted fugitive. Even though he apparently remains at large, I still have faith in the fugitive searchers in charge. upperallenpolice.com/wp/?page_id=50
