A Judge has ruled that Giese is to REMAIN in the UK after the UK's High Court REJECTED the U.S.'s assurances that Giese's civil rights would not be violated.
US authorities are now being given time to consider challenging the ruling in the UK Supreme Court.
OK, I understand Giese is entitled to be presumed innocent until proven guilty but A) HE WENT ON THE RUN B) PEDOPHILIA IS A DISEASE THAT USUALLY IS NOT CURABLE and C) WHAT ABOUT THE ALLEGED VICTIMS RIGHTS?
Everything's always about the accused and making sure their rights aren't violated, no one ever cares about victim's rights and making sure their rights aren't violated as well.
This is unbelievable but I do hope they appeal to the Supreme Court. This is is unbelievable. This isn't Iran. This is a country that's supposed to be an ALLY that won't send an alleged PEDOPHILE back to us.
All we can do know is hope the U.S. appeals and the Supreme Court sees to it that justice is done. With Sean Sullivan and now Roger Giese, it's rather amazing to me why the UK keeps protecting these guys.
P.S. This sets a very DANGEROUS precedent for child molesters in the U.S. Forget Mexico, just go to the UK and you'll be home-free.
I am really dissapointed in the UK who is supposed to be a very important ally in the global fight against child sex crimes. Would parents in the country want their nation to be known as a place that protects fugitive pedophiles.

Well, so much for the last gasp. The British high court has refused for the U.S. to re-open the appeal and/or take the case to the Supreme Court.
As the admin of a crime forum- I shouldn't be advertising this- but good news fugitive pedophiles from the U.S.! You no longer have to flee to Mexico, just flee to Britain, claim your human rights won't be violated if they send you back and they won't extradite you!
Perhaps we should just send all our pedophiles and alleged over to Britain anyway since they apparently don't have a problem with them. Would save us a lot of money and take a problem off our hands!
Like it or not, what the British court just did was establish themselves as a safe haven for fugitive pedophiles. This is dangerous- but what they might not realize- is it's dangerous for them as well. Wonder how fellow Brits feel about having this alleged child molester as a neighbor now.
Edit: It's really hard to find a silver lining in this but at least it's out in the open who Giese is in the UK now. People can decide to work and/or hire him now based on that.

A stunning development as apparently this case was in a UK court again and this time a Judge ruled AGAINST Giese/in favor of the U.S. and has ruled that Giese can be extradited back to the U.S.! He has 14 days to appeal the ruling.
Will still keep this in active fugitives section until the day Giese is on U.S. soil to be on the safe side, but for the first time in this three-year legal drama there is hope!
