well they said he entered the country in October left and came back but it seems illogical if he went all the way there from the states while being on the top 10 list. Yeah, most captured FBI top tenners flee the country now it seems. Even Whitey Bulger was overseas before going back to the states. All the others in the past decade captured in the states seemed to be the ones who weren't on the list for that long a time.

Great video. You can tell the contrast between when Jose Luis "Smiley" Saenz was captured and with Toth. Saenz was cocky even under arrest. Toth looks scared to death and like a guy who knows he will not be treated well by his fellow inmates...

Excellent work! Might not have been an AMW tip, but it still proves the public is an important part of recognizing fugitives and why the show should remain on the air.

Even the people of Nicaragua don't want him hanging around. Lol I love it. Wish more countries reacted the way Nicaragua did. Police there are not getting enough credit.

The article mentioned that Toth's public defender said Toth was sexually abused while in high school. While many child molesters may have been victimized themselves, I don't know whether to believe this is true or it was an idea to gain some sympathy. Since he pled guilty, I can understand why Toth got 25 years, however he had better not get early profile.

I assume you meant early release? I don't know how true the claims are and I hate giving Toth credit for anything, but at least he was apologetic in his speech to the judge. It could have all been lip service in the hopes of receiving a lighter sentence, but I have seen so many of these AMW fugitives, especially child molesters, who upon sentencing don't even apologize for what they've done and instead seem place the blame on the victim (s), and at least here he placed the blame entirely on himself in his speech. He still deserves the 25 years and saying sorry obviously doesn't make up for what he did, but I'm happy he didn't try to victimize anyone once more.
