In 1999, Arlington, Texas authorities say that Ludvin Estrada strangled a 27-year old woman to death and left her body in the trunk of a car. Ludvin fled to Guatemala where thanks to great international police work, Ludvin was arrested this past April. He has been extradited and is now back in Texas.

In 1993, career criminal Arturo Rangel pled guilty to child molestation in Fresno, California but fled before he would have been sentenced. For years, investigators thought that Arturo might have fled the US. An anoyomous tip received on July 20 took investigators to Oregon where authorities located him in Myrtle Point on Friday.

In 1994, Alvaro Rodriguez shot and killed Francisco Salazar to death in Kaufman, Texas. Alvaro fled to Mexico and lived there for three years. What investigators didn't know was in 1997, Alvaro moved to Wichita, Kansas. Last August, Alvaro was featured in the first edition of Kaufman County's Most Wanted and that produced a tip that led to Alvaro living in Wichita under an alias. Fingerprints proved Alvaro was in Wichita and he has been arrested.

In 1980, Bennie Roberts failed to appear in a Tampa, Florida courtroom after being charged with robbing undercover narcotics officers of a kilo of cocaine. Recently, US Marshals received information that Bennie was living in Toledo, Ohio under an alias. Bennie has now been captured.

In 2005, a man using the false identity of Joe Anthony Mercado Ortiz fled Springfield, Tennessee after posting a $125,000 bond. He had been charged with several counts of sexual assault of a child. A few days ago, authorities got word that he was living in Hayti, Missouri with a woman he had fled with in 2005. The man calling himself Joe Mercado Ortiz was arrested and authorities are still trying to figure out his true identity.

In 2008, Charlotte, North Carolina authorities charged Ruben Garcia Padron with shooting into an occupied car. As a result, one victim was killed and two others sustained gunshot wounds. On September 21st, the US Marshals Service located Ruben Padron in Victoria, Texas and arrested him.

In 2006, Kelly Olson skipped bail in Laconia, New Hampshire. He had been arrested for the attempted robbery of a carton of cigarettes at gunpoint. Kelly fled to New York City where he had taken on the guise of a woman. He is now in custody.

In 1999, Agustin Espinoza-Betancourt shot a mother and her son during an argument in the Mexican state of Morelos. The mother survived but her son died from his gunshot wounds. Agustin fled to the United States where ICE finally located and arrested him in Indianapolis. He faces 22 years on his charges out of Mexico.

In 1989, Rafael Aguilar Garcia shot and killed Charles Porter in Palisade, Colorado. He was identified as the shooter in 1989 but spent years on the run. The case was turned over to Mexican authorities in 2009. That however was not necessary as he has finally been caught in Denver, Colorado!

This past summer, Delores Guerrero was arrested in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. He was charged with the 2000 shooting death of a 17-year old boy in Chicago. He has now been successfully extradited back to Chicago.

In 1999, Benjamin Carrera was driving intoxicated in Newburgh, New York when he crashed his vehicle and killed his passenger. The US Marshals fugitive task force has apprehended Benjamin in Charlottesville, Virginia.

In 1979, Ricardo Garcia-Godos McBride was convicted of drug charges and sentenced to 12 years in prison. The following year, he escaped from a Florida prison. He has finally been arrested in Lima, Peru!

In 1997, Tina Stone walked away from an Oklahoma halfway house where she was serving a seven-year sentence for second-degree forgery. She had been arrested several times in Texas afterwards but could not be extradited since her warrant had expired. This past June a new law had passed that allowed for permanent arrest warrants to be issued in cases where inmates escaped from state custody. As a result, authorities in Amarillo, Texas were able to apprehend Tina.

In 1978, Lamar Dixon shot at a man who took refuge behind his car, the car sustaining several bullets. The motive was an argument that Lamar had started. Lamar fled Cleveland and the US Marshals in Ohio took up the very old cold-case. Based on leads in Ohio and Michigan, authorities have arrested Lamar in a Detroit, Michigan suburb.

In 2003, Jose Alberto Rendon fled Rutherford County, Tennessee after a warrant was issued for the aggravated sexual battery of a child. He was on Tennessee's 10 Most Wanted List for several years. He was recently living with a family in Coldspring, Texas and suffered an injury, which provided a tip that led Tennessee authorities to arrest him.
