On January 12, 2017, federal authorities conducted a raid at the Victory Inn motel In Detroit, Michigan. They rescued 14 women that were being held there as sex slaves. Only two of the rooms were allowed for legitimate customers, the rest were controlled by the pimps. According to authorities, cocaine, heroin and even human flesh were sold with assistance from the hotel staff.
One of the masterminds is fugitive Darrick Bell who is even a convicted murderer. Currently in custody and facing trial is Janette "The Dragon Lady" Tawfik who is alleged to have been a major player in this criminal operation. The motel in 2016 was the site of two shootings, several aggravated assaults and two homicides linked to the guests. In several instances, the sex trafficking victims had overdosed on drugs while at the motel. Darrick Bell, along with Harold Nero are still at large and may still be in the Detroit area.
Based on investigating agencies, it is advised to contact the United States Marshals Service at (313) 234- 5656 if you have information on the whereabouts of either Darrick Bell or Harold Nero.

Thoughts? Everyone allegedly involved in this case is facing extremely serious and horrible charges. According to the news reports, several deaths were linked to these crimes, although it doesn't go into detail on if there are more deaths then those two homicides linked to the motel guests. Darrick Bell and Harold Nero need to be caught, otherwise they'll continue to terrorize the streets of Detroit, or wherever else they may be hiding out.
