COOPER has been classified as a High Risk, Level “3” Sex Offender by the Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board and is wanted by the Springfield Police Department for Rape and for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
COOPER was convicted of Rape in the state of Georgia in 1987 and was sentenced to (20) years confinement. The Springfield District Court has issued Warrant #0823CR003050 for COOPER for Rape which occurred on 03-21-08 in the city of Springfield. Warrant #0823CR1635 was also issued for COOPER for Failure to Register as a
Sex Offender.

Thoughts? Cooper is currently only one of two fugitives left on the Massachusetts State Police's highly successful Top 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders list. The list will be updated with new names eventually, but I believe Cooper was one of the original cases so it would nice if he could finally be reeled in.
