Gustavo Falcon is wanted by the US Marshals for cocaine trafficking. He was aired on AMW four times between 2008-2012, despite being wanted since 1991.
Back in the 1980s, Miami high-school dropouts Sal Magluta and Willy Falcon, along with Willy's brother Gustavo, used their wealth to transport cocaine on lighting-fast boats for Colombian drug cartels. Known as the Cocaine Cowboys, the first two assumed they would never get caught until in 1991 when they were arrested in Miami mansions. In 1995, the case went to trial and the two were acquitted, because Magluta had tampered with the jury pool. The trial had previously been complicated when a Colombian hitman group was hired to kill several witnesses in the trial. Eventually, Magluta and Willy were convicted and sentenced to various prison terms. Gustavo Falcon, however managed to flee when Law Enforcement was mainly focused on apprehending the two masterminds.
Thoughts? Gustavo is originally from Cuba and one possibility is that he fled back there with his wife and two children where they would be currently untouchable. I did read a bit of a 1992 article, which states that the organization had ties to a Panamanian attorney who would later become president of the Central American nation. The attorney, Guillermo Endara claimed to have known nothing regarding the drug trafficking operation, but I highly doubt that and it makes me wonder if Gustavo may have fled to Panama for at least a few years.
