From FBI.Gov:
A team of federal, state, and local law enforcement officers on Thursday executed 22 arrest warrants (21 federal, one state) and search warrants on eight residences in connection with an operation targeting the Syndicato de Nuevo Mexico (SNM) Prison Gang.
Nine individuals were arrested by teams composed of Albuquerque and El Paso FBI SWAT teams, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team.
Another 10 defendants were transferred from the custody of the New Mexico Department of Corrections to the U.S. Marshals Service.
Three individuals remain at large and are considered fugitives:
Shauna Gutierrez, 36, of Belen, charged with violent crimes in aid of racketeering (VICAR)-conspiracy to murder/attempt murder.
Paul Enrique Rivera, “Oso,” 44, of Los Lunas, charged with VICAR-conspiracy to murder/attempt murder.
Leroy Torrez, 40, of Albuquerque, is wanted on a federal felon in possession of a firearm charge.
An additional defendant was arrested and charged federally as a felon in possession.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of these fugitives should contact the FBI (24 hours) at 505-889-1300 or send tips to tips.fbi.gov.
Three teams from the New Mexico Probation and Parole Division conducted an inspection of 11 identified SNM members currently on state probation, while the New Mexico Corrections Department locked down three of its facilities to conduct cell searches of SNM members in custody.
The defendants have been charged as part of a VICAR and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act indictment.
This operation was Phase II of Operation Atonement, in which more than 40 SNM members and associates were indicted and arrested in December 2015.
Angel DeLeon, 38, is still a fugitive from the earlier operation. His wanted poster can be found at www.fbi.gov/wanted/cei/angel-deleon/

Thoughts? A couple of additional notes that I feel may be of importance first:
-Gutierrez and Deleon are now the only two fugitives left in this case. Paul Rivera was arrested in Albuquerque back in May, while Leroy Torrez died in a random motorcycle accident a little over a week later:
www.kob.com/albuquerque-news/albuquerque-police-fbi-operation-gang-member-arrested/4131170/
krqe.com/2016/05/16/prison-gang-member-dies-in-albuquerque-motorcycle-crash/
-According to their wanted posters, Deleon's federal charges were brought about in 2015, while Gutierrez's were brought about in 2016, hence the two years mentioned in the thread title:
www.fbi.gov/wanted/cei/shauna-charlene-gutierrez
www.fbi.gov/wanted/cei/angel-deleon
-Additionally, the FBI wanted poster refers to Gutierez as "white." Although by technical terms, law enforcement may only classify race as "white" or "black", most Hispanic fugitives are referred to on the new most wanted site as White (Hispanic). Gutierrez just has white next to her name, indicating she may be caucasian despite her last name. This is only mentioned to specify when it comes to tips, and once again I stress bad guys/girls come in all shapes, sizes, colors, etc...
Anyway, as for my thoughts, the good news is two who were allegedly from this crime syndicate were captured in Albuquerque. So although Mexico's always a possibility for a state so close to the border, I would also keep an eye out for these two in your own community if you happen to live in New Mexico.
UPDATE: Shauna Gutierrez has now been captured, Angel Deleon is the only fugitive left in this case.
