In 2012, a federal court in Phoenix, Arizona indicted three members of a Sinaloan drug trafficking organization. They charged Jose Rocha-Avendano, Martin Gamez-Meza and Alejandro Corrales-Figueroa, all from Culiacan, Mexico of trafficking large amounts of meth to Arizona and launder the money back to Mexico. The specific organization they belonged to is referred to as the "Avendano Cartel" and in 2014, a major member using the same alias as what Jose uses, "Chiliquin Avendano" was caught in Mexico.

Thoughts? Americans have every right to fear dangerous Mexican drug cartel members like Jose Rocha-Avendano, but what these criminals do in the US is only a small fraction of evil compared to what they do to the innocent people of Mexico. Americans who become addicted to Mexican supplied narcotics for their own pleasure have no comprehension of what criminal behaviour and terror they are aiding or flat out don't care.
