Photo Credits: Watsonville Patch Tony (also known as "Teofilo") left his residence in Redwood City on October 25, 1986, to meet his friend, Jose Luis Delgadillo (also known as "Potro Loco.")Tony was last seen alive in the city of Watsonville. His family reported him missing on October 28, 1986, after he failed to return home as expected.Tony's body was found in the waters of Pajaro River the next day.An arrest warrant has been issued for Delgadillo who is believed to have fled to Guadalajara, Mexico. Tony's 1976 white Chevrolet Monte Carlo, License No. 857MQY, has not been located. One thing I've learned over the years is even if little is known about the suspect, someone knows who he/she is and what they did.
Someone out there knows who Delgadillo is, what he looks like, and where he lives. And 30 years later, it's still important for that person to come forward.
