"Arthur Berry Jr. is wanted for allegedly conspiring with others to conduct smash-and-grab robberies in the following locations: Jared the Galleria of Jewelry in Toledo, Ohio, September 2014; Fink’s Jewelers in Sterling, Virginia, November 2014; and RF Moeller Jeweler in St. Paul, Minnesota, November 2014.
On May 7, 2015, a federal arrest warrant was issued, by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, after Berry was charged with conspiracy to interfere with commerce by robbery."

Thoughts? Once again the Juice is loose. In all seriousness, even though Berry's crimes might not seem as violent as others on the FBI's overall wanted list, the problem with these cases is they often escalate. If one of the store owners or workers tried to confront Berry, he's 6'3 and over 200 lbs, so even a physical altercation without weapons could seriously harm them. It seems a lot of players from this ring have been rounded up (there was also a similar case in New York and smash and grab seems to be gaining in "popularity"). However, apparently Berry is still at large since he's still on the FBI website.
P.S. On a technical note, I put 2015 as the wanted year since I was confused as to when these alleged crimes started happening. Apparently Berry is from Detroit and there were smash and grab incidents there in 2011 according to my Google searches. Yet the FBI only mentions 2014. So to avoid confusion, I'll just go with the official federal warrant date.
