"Law enforcement officials are seeking information which will lead to the identification of an unknown individual whom law enforcement refers to as John Doe 30. It is believed that this individual may have critical information pertaining to the health and welfare of three children. John Doe 30 is not the subject of a criminal investigation and first came to the attention of law enforcement in September of 2006.
John Doe 30 is described as a White male, likely between the ages of 30 and 45. In 2006, John Doe 30 had short brown hair and a trimmed mustache and beard."
Thoughts? I hoping that since the face is shown fully people can identify him. But it's been 10 years since this been discovered, so it will be difficult.
