A former Las Vegas pastor has been found guilty on all charges of sexual assault of a minor under the age of 16. Jurors went into deliberations Wednesday around 4:30 p.m. and started back up again Thursday morning before reaching a verdict. Holland was charged with 17 felony counts of sexual assault and lewdness, along with misdemeanor counts of witness tampering and conspiracy to destroy evidence. At United Faith Church, Holland, 59, was known as Reverend Otis. He is accused of abusing girls as far back as 2008 with some of his victims being as young as seven years old. Prosecutors said Holland often met with the girls under the guise of counseling them on sexual issues. When Holland was first charged, he fled to Mexico and was featured on "America's Most Wanted" television program which led to his arrest. It took four years to bring his case to trial.
