The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Donnell Lindsey. Lindsey is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Cleveland Police Department for homicide. Lindsey is believed to be hiding in the east side of Cleveland. It is alleged that, on Sept. 15, Lindsey shot into a vehicle in the area of 3400 East 113th St. in Cleveland. Not only did the shooting result in a young woman being shot in the leg but a 3-year-old child's life was taken. Major Howard, the young victim, was shot in the chest and later died at MetroHealth Medical Center. Lindsey was also profiled at a 3:30 p.m. press conference in Cleveland by Mayor Frank Jackson and police regarding the recent rash of violence in Cleveland. Lindsey, 22, is black, stands about 6 feet tall, weighs 170 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Thoughts? I think it goes without saying why I added this as a breaking news case.
Apparently a former gang member who right now only wants to be known as "RJ" believes he was the intended target.
Lindsay himself has a criminal history: he pleaded guilty to drug possession, attempted tampering with evidence and trafficking in 2012. He was sentenced to two years probation, Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court records show.
Another possible clue according to some articles is he also goes by the nickname "Nell."

I just found an online photo of Major Howard from one of the articles, another innocent child killed because of dumb decisions made by idiotic young adults out there. It sounds like Donnell Lindsey is a gang member himself, so his fellow gang members would be best advised to turn him in and not get dragged into being involved in harboring him. www.cleveland.com/metro/index.ssf/2015/09/warrant_issued_for_man_accused_1.html

As if this case couldn't get any worse, members of Major Howard's family are now being threatened and harassed by who they believe to be family members of Lindsey. I think this is a new low in a murdered child case. Yes, Donnell Lindsey is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. But he isn't doing himself any favors by staying on the run. Staying on the run usually makes you look guilty. If he really didn't shoot Major, he needs to turn himself in to explain/defend himself. fox8.com/2015/12/01/major-howards-family-says-they-are-being-threatened-as-they-search-for-justice-in-childs-murder/

New article about the frustrating search for Lindsey and how this Christmas will be the first that Major Howard's family won't have him around. Major's father says there isn't a tree and they're just sitting waiting for Lindsey to be caught. I also want to concur 100% with this statement from a Deputy US Marshal: . "Somebody is getting him food and clothes, a place to stay and rides." Based on the alleged harassment of Major's family, who simply want to find THEIR 3-YEAR OLD SON'S ALLEGED KILLER, it's pretty obvious to me SOMEONE be it an associate or someone else, is helping Lindsey hide. And whoever that person or persons are, make no mistake, they can be arrested to for aiding and abetting, and I hope they are. Enough is enough. It's time for Donnell to be a man, stop being a coward hiding with whoever is hiding him, while a bunch of people associated with him allegedly harass the family of a 3-year old child, and if that's true, they're also cowards, (If Donnell allegedly killed an adult gang banger and not a 3-year old, we know damn well they wouldn't have the balls to harass that guy's family) and turn himself in, defend himself in court. www.newsnet5.com/news/local-news/oh-cuyahoga/help-wanted-in-hunt-for-man-accused-of-killing-3-year-old-in-cleveland

They actually showed the story of the murder of Major Howard, arrest of Aaron Dunnings, and search for Lindsey on the show today. It was profiled as a breaking news alert segment, so therefore I'm not sure if it will be uploaded onto the Crime Watch Daily website, but if it is I'll post the segment on here.
EDIT: Doesn't look like it was, technically an alert and not a segment, but the case was mentioned on today's show.

Finally Donnell Lindsey has been caught! That was eight-months too long for Major Howard's family and hopefully they can now get Final Justice.
